Gil Dellinger’s Light, Glorious Light is a 12’ x 9’, 48 page book with a hard cover. We printed 1000 copies.
PRINTING
Base price for this book is $7.95 per copy. Had we printed 1500 copies, the base price would have dropped to $6.18 per copy. At 2000 copies, the base price would have been $5.80 per copy
ART ORIGINALS
Gil send us 20 transparencies and slides and 10 hi-res digital files. Gill selected hi-res drum scanning for his transparencies and the cost was $45.00 per image. Flatbed scanning would have cost $25.00 per image. There was no charge for the digital images.
COVER DESIGN
Cover design is always custom. Gil’s cover was designed in our art studio and the charge was $450.00
INTERIOR DESIGN/LAYOUT
Using our design template B, the interior layout was $18.00 per page. Gil selected a full hard proof in addition to the digital proof (cost of digital proof is included in the base price) at $5.00 per page.
CUSTOM OPTIONS
Gil selected to add a dust jacket to the book at $2.00 per book.
Gil also ordered 500 individual shippers at $1.50 per book. He will be charging $6.00 for shipping and handling and the cost for the shippers will come out of that.
